Today's liberals aren't

It's so obvious that today's "liberals" have embraced big government. There are exceptions, of course. Most of them don't like big government when it is run by republicans (there are big government republicans, as well). Most are not crazy about foreign wars (I'm with them on that one). But for the BIGGEST expenses of the federal government today (entitlements) the left objects only because it is not big enough. Quite different from liberty...which is characterized by small government.
